With two decades of experience and a proven executive management track record of driving sales growth in the retail, technology, finance and restaurant industries, Andrew K. Smith founded Four Foods Group in 2008 and acts as Chief Executive Officer.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications and Finance, Andrew founded CaptureQuest, Inc., his first entrepreneurial venture, in 1998. As CEO and co-founder of the online marketing company, Andrew helped propel its patented Popmercial™ technology into multiple Fortune 500 companies. CaptureQuest became the 8th fastest-growing company in Utah in 2002 and was acquired in October 2002 by C5 Technologies, which then became the publicly traded Avalon Digital Marketing Systems, Inc.

In 2002, Andrew founded MoneyWizard, a financial services technology company. A successful merger with a Michigan-based financial services company quickly followed in 2003.

In 2003, Andrew co-founded AxisPointe, Inc. As CEO of AxisPointe, Andrew was responsible for business strategy, technical developments, marketing, operational and financial processes, and sales initiatives in select markets. Andrew led AxisPointe to become an Inc. 509 company with sales growth of more than 500% between 2006 and 2008.

With more than 15 years of executive management experience in business operations, finance, and accounting, Shauna Smith acts as Chief Merchandising Officer of Four Foods Group, which she founded with her husband in 2008. As the head of one of the most profitable components of the Four Foods Group business, Shauna is key in the overall success of the business. Her division alone accounts for nearly 28% of business profits each year.

Prior to Four Foods Group, Shauna was an integral part of her husband’s entrepreneurial years, acting as his key sounding board as he founded and successfully operated CaptureQuest, MoneyWizard, and AxisPointe. During her career in the automotive industry, Shauna worked closely with the owners of Christensen Chevrolet, a Utah mega-auto dealer, and was instrumental in keeping the dealerships tied together operationally. With duties that included operational, financial, and accounting functions for the management team, Shauna was a key part of a multi-million-dollar enterprise.

Shauna engaged the Four Foods Group business model early on, operating the first store in Highland, Utah. While running that Kneaders Bakery & Café with the management team, she proved to have a natural talent for managing a food service business with precision and a high level of customer satisfaction. Shauna brought that expertise to the Four Foods Group corporate office, where she currently runs all strategy, buying, merchandising, and logistics for the more than 30,000 square feet of retail goods.

Tyler Nelson, Chief Financial Officer

With more than 15 years of finance and accounting experience in various industries, Tyler Nelson acts as Chief Financial Officer of Four Foods Group.

Tyler enjoys the challenges associated with growing businesses and managing people and systems. He has a well-earned reputation for motivating both himself and those around him. Tyler received a full-ride athletic scholarship to BYU, where he played Strong Safety as a 3-year starter for the BYU football program. Tyler graduated with his BS in Accounting in 1999 and immediately joined KPMG, where he worked as an Assurance and Audit staff member.

Prior to joining Four Foods Group in the fall of 2011, Tyler served as the CFO, VP of Finance, and Controller of various start-up businesses (two of which were subsequently sold to Logitech and Microsoft). Tyler has played a vital role in the building and growing of various companies. His vast experience includes fund-raising, building infrastructure and controls, and due diligence and M&A.

Josh Boshard, Chief Operating Officer

Josh Boshard serves as Chief Operating Officer at Four Foods Group, since 2009 his loyalty for the company has been constant. As a current equity partner, he oversees the diverse and extensive controls of the organization. Josh boasts more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant, insurance and technology industries, with significant knowledge in several areas, from business management to system architecture, facility management, human resources, insurance and information technology. Among other essential duties, Josh is a vital part of creating process and scalability.

Before joining Four Foods Group, Josh acted as Director of Client Services at AxisPointe Inc., where he managed all system and process implementation, contract negotiation, risk management controls, insurance compliance, and customer relations for more than a thousand national and local construction and development companies. He also served as a lead quality assurance manager on all new technology and product rollouts. During his time at AxisPointe, Josh led his team to year-over-year increases in customer satisfaction and sales generation.

Josh performed as General Manager at Advance Insurance, based in St. George, Utah, and was responsible for the management of all daily functions of the business, including sales, operations, marketing, and client relations. During this time, he was the top insurance producer in the state of Utah for two different insurance carriers. Before this entrepreneurial venture, Josh owned and operated Quail Summit Auto while studying Business Administration at Utah Valley University.

Nate Duvall, Chief Restaurant Officer

Nate Duvall acts as Chief Restaurant Officer for Four Foods Group and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the company. As a current equity partner, Nate’s focus is the further development of new stores and acquired brands. He also works closely with the existing Brand Presidents and Vice Presidents, Directors of Restaurant Management, as well as store Managers and Operators. Nate assists each Brand and Directors of Restaurant Management, along with their management teams, in perfecting the daily management and operational procedures of company-owned restaurants. He provides ongoing management training that pertains to inventory systems, scheduling procedures, profitability, as well as leadership coaching and development. Nate also serves as the Four Foods Group Director of Store Compliance, to ensure consistency across the brands.

Prior to joining Four Foods Group, Nate served as General Manager of the Lehi Kneaders Bakery & Café for 16 months, where he operated the business at the highest potential profit margin.

For nearly eight years, Nate worked for Hunter Management Company (Abundant Brands), master development agent of Subway and Bajio Mexican Grill. Nate served as the company’s General Manager for two years and as Regional Manager and Field Consultant for four years. He also served as the Regional Manager for Bajio Mexican Grill for two years, shortly after Hunter Management Company acquired the Mexican restaurant chain. Nate was instrumental in the opening of all new Bajio Mexican Grill restaurants during a 24-month period.

Nate received his BA in Exercise Science. He was named to the NCAA DII First Team All American Baseball team and was Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Player of the Year in 1999. He was awarded the Kneaders Bakery & Café Brand Ambassador in 2013.
